BOB AIR COMMAND™ & BOB RELAY™ – 1-Year Limited Warranty

BOB Power Inc. warrants that each BOB Air Command™ and BOB Relay™ product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

During the one-year warranty period, BOB Power Inc. will repair or replace (at our discretion) any component that fails due to a manufacturing defect, including:

• Display/monitor components (Air Command™)
• Internal mounting structures and aluminum components
• Case integrity and hardware (hinges, latches, handles)
• Ports, pass-through plates, and installed connectors (HDMI, USB, DC, RJ45, SMA, etc.)
• Internal wiring and integrated connection points
• Waterproof seals and gasketed interfaces (when properly closed and used as intended)

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Accidents, drops, misuse, or improper handling
• Water intrusion due to open, unsealed, or improperly secured lids, ports, or plates
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or third-party alterations
• Improper installation of accessories or user-installed components
• Damage from incompatible or unsafe power sources or cabling
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft

Important Note on Power Systems (BYOB)

BOB products utilize a BYOB (Bring Your Own Battery) architecture.
This warranty does not cover third-party batteries, power banks, or external power systems used with BOB products.

Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video of the defect (if requested)

BOB Power Inc. will determine whether to repair, replace, or provide replacement components. Refurbished or equivalent parts may be used. Return and shipping instructions will be provided during the claim process.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
BOB Power Inc.’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.

BOB Power Inc. is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, downtime, or equipment damage.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all customers.
